Role Description

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and technology-focused Graduate Developer to support the design, development, testing, and improvement of software applications and digital solutions. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to real-world technology projects while developing practical programming, problem-solving, and software engineering capabilities within a collaborative development environment.

The successful candidate will participate in the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, documentation, and application maintenance. You will work with technical and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into reliable, user-friendly, and maintainable software solutions.

The role involves developing and maintaining application features, writing clean and structured code, troubleshooting software issues, and supporting improvements to existing systems. You will contribute to both new development initiatives and enhancements to established applications, following defined coding standards, development practices, and quality requirements.

You will collaborate with software developers, project managers, product teams, designers, quality assurance specialists, and other stakeholders throughout the development process. Responsibilities include participating in technical discussions, reviewing requirements, providing development updates, testing solutions, documenting technical information, and supporting successful project delivery.

The position requires working with programming languages, development frameworks, databases, APIs, version control systems, and software development tools. You will have opportunities to explore modern technologies such as cloud computing, automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, microservices, and other emerging solutions that support digital innovation.

You will assist with software testing by creating test cases, identifying defects, reproducing technical issues, validating fixes, and ensuring applications meet functional and quality requirements. You will also support debugging activities and investigate application errors using appropriate development and monitoring tools.

The role includes maintaining technical documentation covering application functionality, development processes, system configurations, APIs, and troubleshooting procedures. You will follow established security, data protection, version control, and software quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.

You will use Git and collaborative development platforms to manage source code, contribute to code reviews, and maintain organized development workflows. You may also support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) activities, automated testing, application deployment, and cloud-based development environments.

Qualifications

• Understanding of fundamental software development and programming concepts.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, or similar.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and basic software design principles.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases, or application development concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or other version control platforms.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Spring, .NET, Django, or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, automated testing, containers, or DevOps practices is advantageous.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills with the ability to break complex problems into manageable tasks.
