AceSuited Recruit is sharing an opportunity for experienced mobile developers to contribute to next-generation AI systems through challenging, real-world software engineering tasks.
This remote contract role involves approximately 15 hours per week, making it a potential fit alongside existing commitments, subject to project deadlines and minimum weekly submissions.

What you’ll do
• Create realistic mobile coding challenges that test AI models’ ability to fix bugs, build features, refactor code and improve performance.
• Develop tasks using repositories relevant to your mobile engineering expertise.
• Build reproducible environments and clearly define each problem.
• Write deterministic automated checks that accept valid solutions and reject incorrect, incomplete or hard-coded approaches.
• Provide a working reference solution for each task.
Experience we’re looking for
Significant hands-on experience in at least one of these development tracks:
• Cross-platform: React Native with TypeScript or JavaScript, or Flutter with Dart.
• iOS: Swift with SwiftUI or UIKit.
• Android: Kotlin with Jetpack Compose or the Android View system.
You should also have:
• A strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, asynchronous programming and application lifecycle.
• Proven experience debugging complex mobile applications and resolving subtle bugs.
• The ability to deliver effective performance improvements and reliable, testable code.
Compensation
*The advertised range is $50–$100 USD per hour. Compensation is output-based, with payment per task that meets project specifications, rather than a guaranteed hourly wage. Completion time varies depending on experience and workflow. Minimum weekly submission requirements will be communicated during onboarding.
Start date
