About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Web Developer to join our client's expanding digital team. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge web development projects, focusing on building headless CMS websites utilizing WordPress and Astro JS. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong technical background, capable of working independently and collaboratively to deliver scalable, accessible, and innovative web solutions. You will play a key role in translating design concepts into functional websites, integrating modern technologies, and supporting clients with their digital needs. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and practical experience, including:

• Proven experience with WordPress development, including custom themes and plugin integration.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with knowledge of modern frameworks such as NextJS or Astro JS.
• Experience working with headless CMS systems, particularly WordPress as a headless backend.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with design-to-development workflows, including translating Figma designs into functional websites.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen interest in adopting new technologies, including AI integrations.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities The core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Translating Figma or similar design prototypes into high-quality, responsive HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, Astro, and NextJS code.
• Developing and maintaining headless CMS websites, ensuring seamless content integration and optimal performance.
• Designing, building, and customizing WordPress websites, often utilizing Beaver Builder for page construction.
• Providing ongoing web support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing updates for client websites.
• Collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
• Exploring and integrating emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance web functionalities and user experiences.
• Maintaining best practices for web accessibility, security, and performance optimization.
• Documenting development processes and providing technical guidance where necessary.
