At Amos, we design and deliver enterprise-grade SaaS platforms used by complex organisations across higher education and professional services. Our products combine integration, automation and AI-driven workflows to simplify business processes that are traditionally slow, fragmented and manual.

We are entering a significant growth phase in 2026. New enterprise projects are signed. Our HR and process automation platform is expanding. We are investing heavily in AI-first development practices and modern engineering standards.

We are looking for a senior full stack engineer based in Europe who can independently design, build and deliver production-grade features across our platform. This is not a ticket-taking role. This is a feature ownership role.

Your Role

You will:

• Independently take features from concept to production
• Build new functionality across our HR and automation platforms
• Contribute to backend integrations and transformation logic
• Improve and refactor existing Angular components
• Fix production bugs and strengthen platform reliability
• Implement AI-powered workflows within our applications
• Contribute to internal AI-assisted development standards
• Help improve deployment discipline and engineering processes
• Proactively challenge and improve business logic where appropriate

You will work directly with product leadership and a small engineering team. You are expected to think critically and contribute ideas, not just implement instructions.

Core Technical Requirements

Full Stack Development

• Strong experience with Angular (v15+ preferred)
• Experience building production-grade REST APIs
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture and state management
• Clean separation of business logic and presentation layers
• Strong relational database knowledge and data modelling skills

Cloud and Infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with AWS or another major cloud provider
• Familiarity with serverless architectures such as Lambda-style services
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Git-based workflows
• Docker familiarity

Bonus: Terraform or infrastructure-as-code experience.

AI-First Development

• Active use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, Codex or similar
• Experience structuring prompts to reduce code bloat
• Understanding of repeatable AI-assisted workflows
• Experience integrating LLMs into applications is a strong advantage

We are particularly interested in engineers who think about how AI can improve engineering discipline, not just speed.

• 7+ years professional software development experience
• Experience working in small to mid-sized engineering teams
• Experience shipping SaaS products to production
• Experience maintaining and improving live systems
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end
