- Primary Search Target(s): Senior React/Next.js Developer | Headless CMS Developer | Digital Experience Engineer | Senior Front-End Engineer (SaaS CMS background)
- Experience Threshold: 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on front-end delivery, with at least 2+ years specifically on a modern SaaS/headless content platform. Prioritize depth of actual ownership over total years of general IT experience.
- Industry Focus: Candidates from digital agency, SaaS product, or large enterprise digital platform backgrounds who've delivered customer-facing sites at scale.

🛠️ Core Delivery Expectations (Vetting Criteria)
To be considered, candidates must have a proven track record of owning front-end feature delivery on a modern JavaScript framework paired with a SaaS-based headless content platform, specifically matching:
- Front-End Ownership: 5+ years building production web applications with React and a React meta-framework (e.g., Next.js), including component architecture, state management, and performance considerations — this is the majority of the day-to-day work.
- Headless Content Platform Delivery: 2+ years hands-on with a modern SaaS/cloud-native content management platform in a decoupled/headless configuration, including the platform's component rendering layer, API/data layer, and edge/CDN delivery model.
- Search & Personalization: Practical experience integrating enterprise search tooling and/or platform-native AI search into a customer-facing site, plus experience building personalized or audience-targeted web experiences using a customer data/personalization layer.
- Content Operations Integration: Familiarity connecting a digital asset/content hub system into a broader content delivery ecosystem.
- Cloud & API Delivery: 3+ years working in a major cloud platform's PaaS services (serverless functions, managed app hosting, messaging/integration services, API gateway) and building/consuming REST and GraphQL APIs from a modern back-end framework.
- Agile Execution: Minimum of 3+ years delivering production-ready features within structured sprint cycles, collaborating directly with product owners and cross-functional teams.
- Enterprise Navigation (Preferred): Prior experience in large, matrixed enterprise environments coordinating across internal and third-party delivery teams.
