Core Frontend Stack

• Languages: Deep, expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (strongly typed codebases are standard).
• Frameworks & UI: Advanced mastery of React and its underlying mechanics (state management, hooks, custom optimization, rendering lifecycles).
• Runtime & Package Ecosystem: Solid understanding of Node.js and the NPM / Yarn ecosystem for building tooling and configuring automation scripts.

Architecture & Performance

• Micro-Frontends & Design Systems: Experience building and scaling distributed frontend architectures, highly modular codebases, and component libraries.
• Performance Optimization: Deep understanding of web performance metrics (Core Web Vitals), browser rendering pipelines, lazy loading, caching strategies, and bundle sizing optimization.
• State Management & Data Handling: Working with complex, deep JSON structures, client-side caching, and modern API layer strategies (RESTful design, GraphQL).
• Testing Infrastructure: Writing robust automated test suites, spanning unit testing (Jest / Vitest), integration tests, and End-to-End (E2E) testing (Playwright / Cypress).

DevOps & Cloud Environment

• CI/CD Automation: Building and maintaining automated pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions.
• Containerization: Basic to intermediate comfort with Docker and Kubernetes ecosystems (Allegro relies heavily on a self-service cloud framework).

Nice to Have

• Generative AI & Agentic Tooling: Openness to—or experience with—integrating LLMs and AI Agents into internal tools and developer assistants to boost team efficiency.
• Backend / Mobile Awareness (Plus/Fullstack orientation): While your focus is frontend, a willingness to collaborate or occasionally dive into the backend stack (Kotlin / Java, Spring Boot) or mobile platforms is a massive plus at Allegro due to how their platform teams are integrated.
