Ascend Talent Partners is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing Australian fintech scale-up on a mission to reimagine the property ecosystem. Our client is building a world-first platform that seamlessly connects homeowners, tenants, tradespeople, property managers, and real estate business owners—in one place and in real time.

We’re now looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join this exceptional product engineering team, playing a key role in shaping and scaling a platform used by thousands across the country.

The Role

You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative product and engineering team, responsible for building and owning critical parts of the platform. This is a truly full-stack position with the opportunity to contribute across architecture, design, front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.

The Tech Stack

• Back-end: Node.js + TypeScript, Kotlin/JVM
• Front-end: React, React Native, TypeScript
• APIs: GraphQL (Apollo Federation)
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes on AWS, PostgreSQL
• Architecture: Distributed microservices

What We’re Looking For

• End-to-end engineering experience—build, test, deploy, iterate
• Strong front-end and back-end skills
• Deep understanding of clean code, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
• Collaborative mindset—comfortable working closely with Product and Design
• A passion for solving real-world problems, ideally with interest in AI or PropTech
• Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor or support peers
• Pragmatic, curious, and willing to challenge the status quo
