Full-Stack Engineer Position
📍 Remote (Pacific timezone) | Full-Time | Salary + Equity
Aspiron is proudly retained by a seed cyber vendor who are moving fast and attacking the market. They are reinventing security awareness training for the modern age with AI-generated training natively inside 3rd party integrations like Slack and Teams - think gamified training and development. They're already integrated with Okta, Google Workspace, and the identity tools security teams already use and growing at pace.
The Role
Thanks to sustained growth, they're now looking for an additional engineer to take real ownership of their platform, from database schema to frontend and help shape the architecture that will scale with the company. Their development model is genuinely AI-native they've built the machinery so their team spends less time writing every line and more time on product judgment, architecture, and QA. What You'll Work On
- Full-stack features across our multi tenant platform, from Postgres schema to Next.js UI
- Core architectural decisions on a genuinely cutting-edge stack: TypeScript, Bun, Next.js, Postgres, Redis, ECS on Fargate
- Product strategy and roadmap prioritization alongside leadership
- 3rd party Integrations with Slack, Teams, and identity/HRIS platforms
What They're Looking For
- Strong, TypeScript experience — and an understanding of why strict typing matters when AI is writing a lot of your code
- Experience with Bun (highly desirable, Node or Express is also fine)
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, or Codex) — able to leverage them heavily and know when to override them
- A track record of full ownership, fast iteration, and comfort with shifting requirements
- Multi-tenant SaaS experience is a strong plus
