Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Architect with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular and React. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, particularly solutions involving dynamic forms, document management, template processing, and automated generation of Word and PDF documents.
The candidate will be responsible for defining the application architecture, providing technical leadership, and ensuring seamless integration between backend services, frontend applications, and document-processing components.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular/React.
Define end-to-end application architecture, technology standards, design patterns, and integration strategies.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend applications and enterprise business workflows.
Design and implement dynamic forms, configurable templates, document workflows, and data-driven document generation.
Build functionality to generate, populate, edit, convert, and download Word (DOCX) and PDF documents using application data.
Integrate document templates with backend services to dynamically populate fields, tables, headers, footers, and other document elements.
Develop frontend interfaces for form creation, data entry, document preview, document downloads, and template management.
Implement document conversion, PDF rendering, form validation, and document storage or retrieval integrations.
Ensure application security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and high availability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, technical design sessions, and mentor development teams.
Required Technical Skills:
Backend
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience developing Microservices-based applications.
Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Strong understanding of Spring Security, dependency injection, exception handling, and application performance optimization.
Experience integrating databases, external systems, and document-processing libraries.
Frontend:
Strong experience with Angular and/or React.
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience developing dynamic forms, reusable UI components, form validation, and data-driven interfaces.
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
Ability to implement document previews, file uploads/downloads, and document-related user interfaces.
Document Generation and Template Processing
Experience working with Microsoft Word (DOCX) and PDF documents programmatically.
Experience creating and populating documents using predefined templates and dynamic business data.
Knowledge of document generation libraries and frameworks, such as:
Java: Apache POI, docx4j, iText, Apache PDFBox, OpenHTMLtoPDF.
JavaScript/TypeScript: docxtemplater, pdf-lib, PDF.js.
Experience with placeholder replacement, dynamic tables, conditional sections, headers, footers, and document formatting.
Understanding of HTML-to-PDF conversion, DOCX-to-PDF conversion, and document rendering.
Experience handling document storage, versioning, metadata, and secure document downloads is an advantage.
Architecture and Engineering
Experience designing enterprise application architecture and microservices.
Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, logging, and monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in document management systems, workflow automation, contract management, or enterprise content management.
Experience with e-signature integrations, document approval workflows, and digital forms.
Experience with large-scale enterprise applications and high-volume document generation.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
