The Role

We’re looking for a superstar Full Stack Developer with a front-end and mobile focus to join our lean, talented team. This isn’t a stepping-stone role or junior opportunity; we’re after someone with 5+ years’ hands-on experience delivering real products at scale.

You’ll be a key part of our BondMX platform team, building rich, performant apps that power the next generation of member experiences. You’ll also work closely with our leadership and product teams to help shape the way the tech evolves. What You’ll Be Doing

• Building modern web and mobile apps using React, TypeScript, and React Native
• Developing and integrating with our Directus headless CMS
• Translating Figma designs into responsive, accessible interfaces
• Creating clean, scalable codebases using best-practice architecture
• Collaborating with UI/UX, devs, and stakeholders across Australia
• Debugging, optimising and continuously improving our app performance
• Leading by example on front-end quality, standards, and collaboration

You’ll NeedAt least 5 years of full-stack experience in a high-quality dev environment.

Strong expertise in:

• React & TypeScript
• React Native
• HTML, CSS, modern JS
• REST APIs, Git, build tools (Vite, etc.)

Familiarity with:

• Redux (or similar state management)
• Directus (or other headless CMS)
• SQL & MongoDB
• Clean coding habits and great attention to detail
• Solid communication skills (we’re a remote-first team)
• Australia-based — must be able to work within AEST hours

Bonus Points

• Remix or Next.js
• Strong testing skills (Vitest, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience with Ant Design or similar UI frameworks
• DevOps and CI/CD pipeline knowledge
• Azure or AWS hosting experience
• SEO-aware front-end practices
• Experience managing or mentoring other devs
