SaaS FullStack Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. You will be a leader on the team, driving innovative features and improving the SaaS capabilities of the current product.

• Own and ship core product features across frontend and backend.
• Drive technical architecture and influence product roadmap.
• Define and execute technical vision with significant ownership.

The technology stack is built on:

• Cybersecurity, Infosec and compliance-focused software.
• SaaS application built on multi-tenancy, subscription management, and scalable architecture patterns
• FastAPI framework and modern Python development practices
• Frontend based on React
• Production experience with SQLAlchemy ORM, Redis, PostgreSQL including JSON/JSONB operations, indexing, and performance tuning
• Pydantic AI or similar AI integration frameworks
• REST API design, and API security
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).

What You'll Do

• Build & Deliver: Develop robust, efficient systems the protect our customers and enable SOC efficiency, in close partnership with engineering team
• Feature Implementation: Translate business requirements into features across our React front end and Python back end
• POC Support: Assist in proof-of-concept projects—help define technical requirements, write production-quality code, and iterate based on feedback
• Code Quality: Ensure code quality, maintainability, and security through code reviews and following best practices
• Team Collaboration: Partner with AI, product, and operations teams to integrate business context into our solutions
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our systems, tooling, and development processes
• Compliance: Support the maintenance of system confidentiality, integrity, and availability in alignment with information security and privacy policies

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack development, delivering production web applications or services
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments—adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take initiative
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React), and back-end languages (Python)
• Problem Solver: Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and deliver practical solutions
• Collaborative Communicator: Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to work well within a small, fast-moving team
