We’re partnered with a Tech for Good who are now looking for a mid-level Software Engineer to join their growing tech team as they continue to build products that are making a real difference.
If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working across the full stack and contributing to software that has a meaningful social impact, then this is a great match for you! This an exciting opportunity to join a scaling engineering team during their next stage of growth and you’ll have genuine influence over engineering practices, architecture and product development whilst continuing to develop your own skills.
What will you be doing:
- Developing and maintaining full-stack applications using modern web technologies
- Build new features, resolve bugs and improve existing functionality
- Work across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and technical leadership
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
What are they looking for:
- Commercial experience developing full-stack applications
- Backend experience in Python or other backend languages - they are flexible if you haven’t had commercial experience with Python
- Exposure to AWS cloud services and serverless architectures
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
