What you'll Do
- Develop new core product capabilities from the ground up: Transforming initial concepts into production-ready features using Django, Python and React.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design: Translate ambiguous problems into high-impact technical solutions.
- Optimize platform performance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure the platform remains responsive as we scale to support complex enterprise-grade data sets.
- Scale for the enterprise: Help us drive requirements and migrate to a new common platform across all our products
- Maintain high technical standards: Ensure excellence in code quality, automated testing, and observability while mentoring other engineers on the team.

Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack proficiency in Python, React/TypeScript and databases.
- Understanding of how to leverage AI tools effectively to ship reliable code at pace
- Proven track record of building and scaling products from early stages.
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment, with the ability to design data models and APIs that support complex business logic and high data volumes.
- Customer-centric approach: Proven ability to translate customer feedback and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- High ownership of production reliability: Experience building and maintaining observable, reliable systems in production settings.
- Excellent communication skills and product sensibility, with a focus on collaborating deeply with product and design stakeholders.
