LeTrend har flera aspekter som är unika till sig. Dels i erbjudandets utformning, men även processerna och tankesätten bakom hur verksamheten ska iterera fram en lösning som är (1) innovativ, (2) löser verkliga problem, och (3) kan generera värde på stor skala.

**Betalningsstruktur, kandidater som prioriteras:**

För rätt kandidat kan olika betalningsmodeller diskuteras. Idag har vi kunder, men det finns inte medel för att betala ut löner. Jag arbetar själv på besparingar, medan jag itererar på lösningen och sköter försäljning. Min förhoppning är att kunna generera 200-500tkr i intäkter det kommande året. En enskild firma är registrerad, men ännu inte ett AB.

Har du idag deltidsarbete _kan_ det fungera, i scenariot du kan allokera 10-15h i veckan. Är du arbetssökande i behov av pengar i närtiden kan detta vara ett mindre praktiskt alternativ. Betalningsstrukturen är delning av intäkter, förmodligen med ett "tak". Tanken är då att företagets tillväxt genererar medel för att kompensera ditt arbete, forma en framtida roll (CTO, om allt fungerar), och potentiellt equity när ett AB är upprättat.

Kandidater som prioriteras är unga tekniska kandidater, helst i åldrarna 23-30, som antingen har studerat datavetenskap, civilingenjör inom IT, eller tagit liknande banor för att uppnå en viss teknisk expertis.

Du behöver inte veta allt - du behöver bara lita på din förmåga att lära dig och faktiskt äga ansvar. Förmodligen arbetar vi tillsammans med Claude Code, diskuterar planer och nya features, och håller varandra uppdaterade i våra respektive ansvarsområden.

The role We’re looking for an **Engineering Team Lead** to join our **Insights** team. You’ll help build and scale the Insights layer of Nory – forecasting, planning, and decision-support features used daily by hundreds of multi-site restaurant operators. This is a **hands-on leadership role** where you’ll balance technical ownership, delivery, and people leadership to ship a reliable, high-impact product. **Find out more about what it means to be a product engineer at Nory** here. You should be comfortable working across backend and frontend systems. We’re **stack-agnostic in our hiring** and care most about strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to ramp quickly. Today, our stack includes **Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS (Fargate, Aurora, SQS), Postgres, MongoDB, and Docker**. What you’ll be doing You’ll focus on solving real, complex operational problems at scale:

*   Lead delivery for one of Nory’s most business-critical areas: own the technical direction and delivery of our Insights Product, enabling operators to make smarter decisions on pricing, waste reduction, and customer experience.
*   Champion forecasting excellence, continuously improving the accuracy and user experience of our predictive tools to build operator confidence and transparency.
*   Drive the development of intelligent features that power scheduling and operational planning, including innovative use of AI and machine learning to enhance automation, adaptability, and decision-making at scale.
*   Partner closely with Product, Data, and Design to balance statistical accuracy, system complexity, and a simple, intuitive user experience.
*   Lead a small squad of engineers: setting direction, reviewing code, unblocking delivery, and raising the engineering bar.

What you’ll bring

*   Hands-on technical leadership: Significant experience building and operating production systems, with deep strength in either backend or frontend and the ability to work effectively across the stack.
*   Product-focused delivery experience: Previous experience working in cross-functional product squads (Engineering, Product, Design, Data), delivering high-impact work with clear commercial or customer outcomes.
*   Systems thinking: You’ve designed and evolved systems that stand up over time, making pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
*   Strong product instincts: You connect engineering work directly to customer and business outcomes, and you’re comfortable shaping scope alongside Product.
*   Delivery ownership: You take responsibility for your team’s focus, pace, and outcomes, removing blockers and keeping work moving.
*   People leadership: You enjoy coaching engineers, giving clear feedback, and helping individuals grow while building a healthy, high-performing team culture.
*   Clear communication: You can explain complex technical ideas simply and work effectively with non-engineering stakeholders.

*   Experience building B2B products used by a large number of customers, with high volumes of users, traffic, or data.
