📍 Location: Remote from Romania (with a site in Bucharest for monthly visits)

✈️ Occasional travel to Düsseldorf

• Languages & Stack: Tech Agnostic at a Staff Engineer level but with expertise in Java, React.js, AWS & MuleSoft
• Dev Culture: Clean operational code, robust code reviews, and a DevOps mindset (CI/CD, monitoring)
• Team: Working with experienced professionals, knowledge-sharing is part of the DNA
• Focus: Building stable, maintainable systems with long-term business impact
• Communication: Strong cross-team collaboration, good communication is key
