We are a small, fast-moving team building foundational technology. The Opportunity We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer, AI Product & Client Solutions to own and ship product end-to-end across frontend, backend, and data layers. This includes architecting systems for our Brand Knowledge Graph, building intuitive interfaces for complex data, developing efficient LLM orchestration, and operating autonomously from concept through deployment, including client-facing communication. Responsibilities

• Brand Knowledge Graph & Data Systems:

• Develop and extend our Brand Knowledge Graph in Neo4j, modeling node propagation and AI visibility impacts.
• Build predictive optimization systems for content and strategy changes.
• Design measurement and feedback loops linking changes to outcomes.
• Implement scoring logic (Share-of-Prompt, accuracy, sentiment, competitor mentions).
• Analyze optimization effects on LLM behavior and ecosystem dynamics.

• LLM Orchestration & AI Integrations:

• Build integrations with LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, etc.).
• Design orchestration systems optimizing cost, latency, and quality.
• Develop agent-based analysis workflows for parallel scenario evaluation.
• Compare and stress-test optimization strategies.

• Full-Stack Product Engineering:

• Ship full-stack features across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Build frontend interfaces with React/TypeScript for actionable insights.
• Design and optimize backend systems for performance, security, and scalability.
• Build workflow/tracking infrastructure integrating with Jira, Slack, HubSpot, email.
• Lay foundations for AI-native commerce experiences.
• Collaborate with design and product to deliver polished experiences.

• Client-Facing & QA:

• Engage in client calls, demos, and technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders.
• Own QA processes, test coverage, bug triage, and data integrity.
• Convert complex datasets into actionable findings for clients and teams.
• Document architecture and systems for team growth and CTO onboarding.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Proven full-stack engineering with end-to-end product shipping.
• Comfortable and confident in client-facing roles, explaining technical architecture and AI methodology to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep hands-on experience with Neo4j and graph data modeling.
• Practical experience integrating LLMs and building production-grade API integrations.
• Ability to design systems managing cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs without constant LLM calls.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
• Experience with scalable databases and APIs.
• Clear, confident communicator energized by client interaction, able to lead demos and translate complex systems into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• Applied data science, ML-adjacent systems, or experimentation frameworks.
• AI search, recommendation systems, or SEO-like ranking models.
• Practical agent orchestration experience (deterministic, evaluable production flows).
• Conversational commerce or AI-powered transactional flows.
• Content or creative platform experience.
