Former & accompagner

*   Comprendre les besoins et niveaux des 25 devs + 5 QA + 2 SRE.
*   Créer des parcours de montée en compétence adaptés.
*   Être le référent / support pour toute question AI.
*   Définir les KPIs clés et aider à leur atteintes

Transformer les pratiques

*   Travailler avec les leads pour intégrer l’AI dans :

*   Le développement
*   La CI/CD
*   Les tests automatisés
*   Les revues de code
*   La documentation
*   La QA

*   Construire et maintenir un AI Playbook pour la tech chez Obat.
*   Aider à faire évoluer les rituels et processus vers un mode "AI-native".

Rester praticien

*   Utiliser toi même l’AI au quotidien dans du code réel.
*   Contribuer ponctuellement à des projets pour garder un pied opérationnel.

*   Dev confirmé.e (7+ ans d’expérience) avec un solide background full stack.
*   Expérience significative sur des projets en React / JavaScript / PHP (Symfony idéalement), Flutter étant un bonus.
*   Passionné.e par l’AI appliquée au dev : usage avancé des modèles, outils et stacks existants sur le marché.
*   Pratique avancée du prompt engineering pour le code.
*   Mise en place de MCP, RAG, Agents etc.
*   Expérience en lead, mentoring, formation, accompagnement.
