The Role
The Mid-Level Software Engineer will take end-to-end ownership of full-stack features across a modern TypeScript-based stack, working from problem discovery through to build and iteration. You will collaborate within small cross-functional pods alongside designers and programme leads, helping to define what is feasible, scoping your own work, and drafting technical specs for senior review before moving forward. This is not a role where you are handed a ticket and disappear, you are expected to bring product thinking to the table, challenge assumptions, and suggest smarter paths to solving user problems.
