Founding Engineer

Founding Engineer – AI HealthTech Startup (React Native)Permanent | Remote (Europe) | €80–100k + Equity (up to 1%)

We’re working with a mission-driven AI HealthTech startup looking for a Founding Engineer to help shape and build the future of their mobile platform. The company is creating tools to support personal growth and well-being — and this role is perfect for someone who’s excited by early-stage impact, ownership, and product experimentation.

What You’ll Do

• Own the build and iteration of the mobile app using React Native (currently with Expo)
• Ship fast: iterate prototypes into testable, user-ready features
• Work closely with the founders and UX designer to shape the product
• Contribute across the stack if needed — especially if web-based features are introduced later
• Explore deeper mobile features like VoIP and sensor integrations (bonus points)

Tech & Experience

• Expert-level React Native development
• Strong iOS (native or deep platform understanding)
• Expo experience preferred (flexible)
• Integration with REST APIs and analytics tools
• Bonus: VoIP, on-device sensors, A/B testing, frontend/web dev
