**What You Should Bring**

*   Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification.
*   5+ years of software engineering experience with a hands-on development background, ideally across backend with Java/Springboot and/or frontend with React or React Native.
*   2–3+ years of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams consisting of backend, web, and mobile engineers — with accountability for delivery, quality, and team growth.
*   Strong technical foundation across Java backend, React Native, and React Web
*   Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
*   Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and working effectively as a consumer of shared platform services
*   Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical context clearly for product, design, and business stakeholders.
