Job Description
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience within modern cloud environments, including experience providing technical leadership to application development teams.
- Strong Java development and architecture experience building enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong React JS development and architecture experience building modern, responsive web applications.
- Hands-on experience architecting, developing, and deploying applications within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, service boundaries, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency utilizing Claude as a core component of daily architecture, software development, and technical leadership workflows.
- Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering practices to accelerate software delivery, increase team throughput, and improve engineering quality.
- Experience leading system design, architecture discussions, technical solutioning activities, and implementation planning.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, technical consulting, team direction, and communication skills.
- Experience leading technical execution within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong technical decision-making, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience supporting Palantir Foundry migration or modernization initiatives
