Role Description This full-time remote IT Support Office (Entry / Junior Level) role focuses on providing day-to-day technical assistance to internal teams and customers. Responsibilities include responding to help desk tickets, diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues, and supporting desktop computers and common office applications. The role involves guiding users through troubleshooting steps, documenting issues and solutions, and escalating complex problems to senior IT staff when needed. The IT Support Office professional will also assist with routine system checks, account setup, and maintaining accurate records of support activities to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support for resolving user issues and managing support requests.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Desktop Computers for diagnosing and fixing hardware and software problems.
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Information Technology for understanding common systems, networks, and office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize support requests effectively.
