Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Front-End Developer to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and intuitive web applications for an enterprise software platform hosted on Microsoft Azure.
The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture patterns, while also having experience or familiarity with Angular-based applications. This role will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, Business Analysts, AI Engineers, and Back-End Developers to deliver secure, high-performance, and AI-enabled user experiences.
As a senior member of the engineering organization, this individual will contribute to
architectural decisions, mentor developers, establish development standards, and help shape the future of AI-powered enterprise applications. Enterprise architecture patterns within the organization include React-based analytics and assistant experiences, Angular-based management applications, Azure-native services, and AI-driven user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-End Architecture & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI component libraries and design patterns.
- Define front-end architecture standards and best practices.
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces that support desktop and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with UX teams to transform business requirements and designs into production-ready solutions.
- Promote high-quality engineering practices through code reviews and technical leadership.
The organization's architecture includes React-based analytics experiences and AI-powered assistant interfaces that require scalable SPA (Single Page Application) patterns.
Enterprise Application Development
- Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate APIs and microservices.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns.
- Design robust state management and client-side data handling solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and usability.
- Support integration with enterprise systems and cloud-native services.
React Development Leadership
• Lead development efforts using:

• Define and maintain component architecture strategies.

Angular Collaboration
• Support and maintain applications built using Angular when required.
• Contribute to modernization and migration initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams supporting both React and Angular applications.
• Assist in establishing standards for multi-framework environments.

Azure Cloud Integration
- Build applications that integrate with Azure-hosted APIs, AI services, and enterprise platforms.
- Participate in CI/CD processes utilizing Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with cloud and DevOps teams on deployment, monitoring, and release strategies.
- Ensure solutions align with Azure security, scalability, and operational standards.
Enterprise solutions are deployed through Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and Azure Active Directory.
AI-Enabled User Experiences
- Build modern interfaces that integrate with Generative AI capabilities and intelligent assistants.
- Design conversational user experiences that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop user interfaces supporting AI agents, semantic search, recommendations, and intelligent workflows.
- Partner with AI engineering teams to deliver AI-powered business capabilities
- Support AI transparency, usability, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve user experience and developer productivity
Current enterprise architecture includes AI-driven interfaces, chatbot experiences, AI agents, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, orchestrator agents, and agentic workflows surfaced through modern web applications.
Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered
Experience
• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• 3+ years developing enterprise applications using React.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale web applications.
• Experience working within Agile software development teams.
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering and product teams
