Role Description The No-Code Developer will work part time in a remote capacity, building and maintaining digital tools and workflows that support cosmetic product operations, marketing, and internal processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and integrating no-code platforms (such as automation tools, form builders, and app builders), creating internal dashboards, and optimizing existing workflows for usability and performance. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into no-code solutions, testing and troubleshooting applications, and documenting processes and configurations. The No-Code Developer will also suggest improvements to digital systems, ensure data integrity across connected tools, and provide basic training and support to team members using the solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and an understanding of software development principles.
- Skills in Back-End Web Development related to APIs, data handling, and integrating services with no-code platforms.
- Experience with Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) sufficient to design logical workflows and automate processes.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, Bubble, or similar platforms).
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and practical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders remotely.
- Organized, self-directed work style, with the ability to manage multiple part-time tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in retail, cosmetics, or e-commerce environments is beneficial but not required.
