About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Multimedia Content Developer to join our dynamic team at Reflact AG. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing video content using modern AI tools, designing and producing educational videos and online training modules, and contributing to the ongoing development of our web-based learning platforms. Your creative input will be vital in innovating new digital learning formats and enhancing existing content to meet the evolving needs of our users. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of educational technology, combining technical skills with creative storytelling to deliver impactful learning experiences. Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing, production, and optimization, with proficiency in using modern AI-driven editing tools
• Strong background in designing and producing educational videos and online training content
• Experience in web development, particularly in enhancing web frontends related to AI-based learning applications
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for new learning formats and digital applications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Technical proficiency in multimedia software and familiarity with emerging digital learning technologies
• Degree in Multimedia Design, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
