The Company
A growing startup with close to 30 staff continuing to scale their engineering function in Belfast.
The Role
You’ll be working in a team of 6 people and working closely with the CTO in shaping architecture and driving feature development. The environment is modern and cloud‑native - AWS Serverless powering the backend, Typescript/Nodejs at the core, and React on the frontend. You’ll have the chance to design and build new products from the ground up, work end‑to‑end across the stack, and contribute directly to how the platform scales and evolves.
The Person
- 6+ years’ experience building and scaling software products.
- Typescript/Nodejs experience.
- AWS Serverless expertise.
- Experience working with agentic workflows.
- Decent frontend experience, happy to contribute in a fullstack environment.
- Strong collaborator, able to communicate ideas clearly across the team.
