What You’ll Do

• Architect and ship frontend systems for multi-step AI workflows
• Build real-time, scalable interfaces with streaming, visualization, and progressive loading
• Own frontend infrastructure: component libraries, design systems, and patterns that scale to millions
• Ruthlessly optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, render speed, memory management)
• Ensure bulletproof accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA, screen readers, keyboard navigation)
• Collaborate directly with founders, designers, and AI engineers to push the frontier

What We’re Looking ForMindset

Skills (Must-Have)

• 6+ years building complex, user-facing apps
• Expert in React, TypeScript, and advanced state management (Zustand or similar)
• Deep performance engineering experience (profiling, Core Web Vitals, render optimization)
• Accessibility at scale
• Advanced testing (visual regression, accessibility, performance)

Nice-to-Have

• Data visualization (D3.js, Canvas/WebGL)
• Real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming APIs)
• AI/ML interface experience
