The Role

We’re seeking a highly experienced and reliable Full-Stack Developer to join our team immediately. This is not an entry-level or “learn-as-you-go” position—you will be working on a live, high-traffic platform where performance, security, and uptime are mission-critical.

You must be fully comfortable with:

• Frontend: C++ and CSS (strong command of UI/UX principles)

• Backend: Laravel 10/11 + PHP 8.x (deep proficiency required)

• Integrations:

• Stripe – powering all donation and payout transactions (Payments/Connect + ACH flows)

• Plaid – organizer bank verification & security checks

• Neon – AI-assisted fundraiser story writing

• Additional Skills: Vue.js or React, RESTful APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, queues, webhooks, and payment security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable Laravel backend services.

• Develop responsive, high-performance front-end components in C++ and CSS.

• Integrate and maintain secure payment and verification systems.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure top-tier security across the stack.

• Collaborate with our small but high-performing team to ship features fast.

• Start: Immediate

• Type: Flexible – ongoing retainer or project-based

• Availability: Must be responsive during U.S. business hours

• Environment: Remote flexibility (or hybrid if local)
