About the Company:

Builds conversational AI solutions including intelligent assistants, document processing tools, analytics platforms, speech-to-text systems, and named-entity recognition to help businesses work smarter and faster.

Project:

You will work on multiple AI-centric initiatives such as building and enhancing LangGraph-based systems, contributing to conversational AI platforms, and advancing backend infrastructure with Python and FastAPI. Specific project details will be discussed during the technical interview.

Tech Stack:

• AI / LLM Tools: LangGraph (primary), NLP pipelines
• Backend: Python, FastAPI
• Frontend: React (advantageous, not mandatory)

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an AI Engineer, ideally at lead level
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph and AI/NLP solutions
• Proven backend engineering skills with Python and FastAPI
• Ability to lead technical initiatives
• English fluency (Romanian is a plus)

Interview Process:

• 30-minute introductory call
• 90-minute technical deep-dive discussion
