A technology company is seeking a Lead Front-End Engineer to join a modernization team focused on delivering high-quality, accessible enterprise software. This role involves providing technical leadership and hands-on development to support complex, large-scale web applications.
The Role
• Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise web applications using React, TypeScript, and Material UI.
• Lead front-end architecture, establishing patterns that prioritize scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers while promoting high standards for code quality and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product owners, to translate business requirements into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
What You'll Need
• Seven or more years of professional software development experience, with at least five years specifically in React and three years in TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in modern front-end architecture, component-based design, and integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
