Senior Software Engineer

The Role

• Develop and implement AI-powered features to enhance the fan experience, collaborating closely with design and product teams
• Mentor and develop web engineers while staying current with AI feature development and tool usage
• Contribute to the advancement of the front-end tech strategy, with a particular focus on generative AI
• Ensure the primary website is fast, reliable, and provides a joyful experience for users
• Work across the full stack, including Python, to achieve project goals as needed
  
  

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering, with a track record of leading product initiatives end-to-end
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, including modern frameworks and client-side rendering techniques (e.g., React, Next.js)
• Keen UI and product instincts, with a focus on building inclusive and accessible user experiences
• Expertise in architecture and performance optimization, including untangling caching inefficiencies and troubleshooting distributed systems
• Adaptability and willingness to work full stack, with some experience in design tools like Figma or Sketch a plus
