Web Frontend Engineer

The Role

• Build core web experiences for platforms including Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
• Own complex, highly interactive product surfaces from architecture through implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to embed AI natively into user interactions.
• Develop complex interactions such as real-time messaging, collaborative editing, and rich-text editing.
• Build reusable frontend architecture and components for consistent application-wide use.
• Integrate streaming AI responses, proactive actions, and model-driven experiences into product workflows.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Strong experience building complex, production web applications with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, browser APIs, and performance.
• Proven experience building highly interactive products like chat, collaboration tools, or document editors.
• Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, streaming APIs, or collaborative interfaces.
• Demonstrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) experience is required.
• Strong product and User Interface (UI) judgment with meticulous attention to interaction details.
