Who you are
- Strong in TypeScript/React and comfortable in Python - or the other way around
- Genuinely experienced with AI-assisted development - agents and workflows, not just autocomplete
- Good with SQL and data modelling - the platform has 800+ tables, and the data flow is where the real complexity lives
- Someone who'd rather ship today than perfect next week, and owns your work all the way to production
