.NET Full Stack Lead with AI Expertise

Job Summary
Infinite computer solution is seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and modern software development. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications while driving AI-powered innovation across healthcare technology solutions. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with deep experience in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, full-stack development, and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade web applications.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and machine learning technologies.
- Develop scalable applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
- Build modern user interfaces using Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Cognitive Services, and AI agents into business applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams.
- Drive technical decisions, code reviews, best practices, and development standards.
- Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Full Stack Lead.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, Web API.
- Experience with Angular and/or React.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and LLM integration.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and optimization.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
- Knowledge of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare domain experience.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and model evaluation.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Azure AI Engineer or Microsoft certifications preferred.
