Founding Full Stack Engineer

About the role:

Integrated AI Labs is seeking a dedicated and innovative Founding Full Stack Engineer with extensive mobile app development experience passionate about personal growth and eager to help others on their journey. This role starts as part-time as a trial period with the potential to go full-time, offering the opportunity to be a part of a pioneering team shaping the future of human transformation.

We’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer who is excited to shape the future with us.

What You’ll DoImprove the MVP: Lead in architecting and improving and developing the foundational infrastructure and product—everything from core AI integrations to user journeys and personalization logic.

Lead Mobile App Development: Help architect and build a beautiful, intuitive, high-performance mobile app using technologies like React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android frameworks.

Co-Create the Product Vision: Work closely with the founding team to turn an ambitious vision into a lovable, technically sound product.

Own the Stack: Set technical direction, choose frameworks, implement best practices, and ensure scalability and maintainability from day one.

Prototype Quickly, Ship Thoughtfully: Help us move fast while building a stable, scalable foundation that supports rich features and deep engagement.

Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with our founding team to translate emotional, psychological, and spiritual models into elegant technical systems.

Hire and Lead: Help grow the engineering team over time; mentor new hires and establish a culture of thoughtful, ethical engineering.

What We’re Looking ForFull-Stack Proficiency: 7-10 years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years of mobile development experience. Strong experience across front-end and back-end systems. You’ve shipped products end-to-end and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.

AI/ML Fluency: Experience integrating with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) or building AI-powered tools. Bonus if you’ve worked with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or user personalization.

Cross-Platform Expertise: Proven experience with React Native, Flutter, or native development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java). Comfortable working across platforms and integrating with backend APIs and cloud functions.

GCP, Firebase & App Engine Experience: You’ve built apps on Google Cloud and understand how to leverage Firebase (Realtime Database, Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions, Analytics) and App Engine to deliver secure, performant, and scalable services.

Be Obsessed with Customer Experience: You take user feedback seriously, respond quickly when things break, and fix issues with care and urgency. You have a strong sense of ownership and pride in making sure users have a seamless, stable, and delightful experience at all times.

Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity, are scrappy and resourceful, and make decisions that balance speed with care.

Product Intuition: You have a strong product sense and are excited to create emotionally resonant, user-centered mobile experiences. You sweat the details—from animations to gesture handling to onboarding flow.

Alignment with Our Mission: You care about healing, transformation, emotional depth, and building something that uplifts humanity.

Nice to Have

Background in psychology, wellness, coaching, or spiritual growth

Past role as an early engineer or technical cofounder

Experience building conversational UIs or companion-style applications
