What You Will Do

• Drive technical strategy and own the architecture roadmap for backend services, web portals, and Android applications.
• Develop and scale the platform's V2 architecture, integrating AI features like predictive alerts, falls detection, and conversational triage.
• Collaborate with operations and IoT teams to integrate medical devices and translate real-world care feedback into platform improvements.

The ideal candidate

• Professional experience with idiomatic Kotlin across backend (Ktor/Spring Boot), web (Compose for Web), and Android targets.
• Demonstrated ability to form and execute technical strategy, including architectural decisions and build-vs-buy analysis in regulated environments.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, or Copilot) and a bias for action in fast-paced engineering cultures.
