Full Stack Developer (Remote - UK)

In this role, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work across the full stack, contributing to both front-end and back-end development, optimizing application performance, and ensuring system reliability. Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust features in both front-end and back-end applications
• Develop and enhance web applications, including mobile-accessible solutions
• Collaborate with internal developers and teams to ensure consistency and high-quality system performance
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, optimizing for speed, scalability, and security

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web or software development
• Proficiency in back-end development with PHP 8+ and Python 3+
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as Angular 18+, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with database design and maintenance using MySQL 8+ and/or PostgreSQL
• Ability to deploy and manage Unix-based servers securely
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control using git
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus
