Senior Full Stack Developer (Remote - US)

This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level web applications and services in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX designers, and product stakeholders, to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Leveraging AWS and modern web frameworks, you will optimize application performance, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Accountabilities In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications and RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UX designers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences
• Optimize database and application performance, security, and scalability
• Conduct code reviews, providing mentorship and constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
• Contribute to improving development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

Requirements Candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in web application development with frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases and designing RESTful APIs
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, including Lambdas, ECS, or containerized platforms like Kubernetes
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related build frameworks
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and servlets
• Knowledge of other CMS platforms and digital marketing tools
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Web MVC, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring or OpenTelemetry
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
