Job Summary:

They are seeking a skilled and proactive Python Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.

• Work with asynchronous task queues (e.g., Celery) and messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ).

• Optimize and refactor existing codebases for performance and scalability.

• Apply best practices in software architecture and design patterns.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments.

• Write clear and maintainable documentation.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend or fullstack development using Python.

• Proficient with Celery and RabbitMQ.

• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows.

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Preferred:

• Experience with FastAPI (preferred), or Flask/Django.

• Familiar with Redis and other caching mechanisms.
