This role will help shape and ship customer-facing software experiences that balance thoughtful user experience with strong engineering fundamentals. The position combines hands-on feature development, incremental improvement of existing systems, and close collaboration with support and internal partners to resolve user issues effectively. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from planning and implementation through testing, release, and post-launch support.

Compensation: $123,000 – $172,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver new features and product enhancements within the codebase
- Own and manage small to medium-scoped projects with minimal oversight
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle from planning to post-launch support
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and evolve testing strategies as needed
- Document work clearly for team understanding and support
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and reinforce best practices
- Collaborate with customer support to prioritize and investigate user issues
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or TypeScript with independent task management skills
- Experience designing user-facing features for smooth user experiences
- Ability to navigate and improve existing codebases effectively
- Strong focus on code quality, testing, and documentation clarity
