This role will lead the development of front-end experiences that power AI-driven products and user workflows. You will shape reusable UI patterns, improve architecture, and help deliver polished, reliable, and accessible interfaces for end users. The position partners closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Platform teams to translate business needs into high-quality product experiences. This is an opportunity to influence technical direction while mentoring engineers and strengthening the team’s frontend capabilities.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,000 – $190,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Build and ship front-end features for AI experiences and related product workflows
- Design reusable, well-documented component patterns for broad organizational adoption
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Platform teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Improve accessibility, performance, testing, and overall UI quality
- Strengthen technical designs and code through review processes
- Drive modernization and technical decisions to improve the product experience
- Mentor engineers and help develop team skills
- Influence technical direction in alignment with business priorities
- 6+ years of production experience in front-end development using React and TypeScript
- Strong experience with component libraries such as MUI
- Proven ability to build complex, user-facing products with a focus on usability and reliability
- Solid understanding of testing practices, code quality, and scalable UI architecture
- Experience managing architecture and team capabilities while shipping features
- Excellent collaboration skills across multiple teams, including Product, Design, Backend, and Engineering
