Product Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Product Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role sits at the intersection of product thinking and hands-on software engineering, with a focus on creating polished, consumer-facing experiences. You will help shape and ship mobile and web features that improve usability, performance, and overall product quality across multiple platforms. The position partners closely with a small agile team to turn user feedback into practical enhancements and to keep core applications evolving in step with customer needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $190,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop polished user experiences across React Native, web, iOS, and Android platforms
• Create new mobile features while maintaining existing iOS and Android applications
• Collaborate with a small agile team to convert user feedback into actionable product features
• Ensure high-quality experiences by leveraging strong product instincts and UX attention to detail
• Debug real-device issues related to performance, navigation, and media playback
• Integrate comprehensive APIs and analytics into the applications
• Adapt existing codebases to enhance functionality and product performance
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong product-minded engineering skills with experience in consumer-facing applications
• Solid UI/UX judgment with an eye for detail in interaction design and visual aesthetics
• Proficient in React Native, TypeScript, and React for building mobile apps on iOS and Android
• Experience in modern web development with React, Next.js, and relevant tools like Redux Toolkit
• Ability to debug and develop React Native applications on actual iOS and Android devices
• Familiar with integrating native device capabilities and various platform APIs in React Native
• Knowledgeable in native iOS and Android development, including Swift and Kotlin
