This role will serve as a senior technical contributor and frontend lead for a key product initiative, with a strong emphasis on building scalable, high-quality user experiences. The ideal candidate will shape frontend architecture, partner closely with cross-functional teammates, and help drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across the team. This is a hands-on engineering opportunity for someone who can balance technical leadership, modern frontend development, and product quality in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Serve as frontend technical lead for a key product within the team
- Contribute to the frontend development process and champion AI tools across the team
- Develop and maintain scalable user interfaces using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the best solutions for challenges
- Guide frontend architecture, component design, accessibility, and performance enhancements
- Ensure product quality through thorough testing, including unit, component, and E2E tests
- 5+ years of experience with React
- 5+ years of experience with TypeScript
- 10+ years in software engineering
- Experience leading frontend technical decisions and mentoring engineers
- Proficiency with agentic coding tools like Claude and Codex
- Familiarity with the modern JavaScript ecosystem
- Solid full-stack experience expected, particularly with Node.js or .NET
