Senior Software Engineer, Growth

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Growth to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on building and optimizing user-facing experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and measurable growth across a modern software platform. You will work closely with Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners to turn insights, experiments, and customer data into high-impact improvements. The position combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, experimentation, and a strong product mindset in a fast-moving enterprise technology environment.

You will also help shape the platform’s architecture, reliability, and performance while contributing to technical strategy and engineering best practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features that enhance user engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and act on growth opportunities
• Implement and analyze experiments such as A/B testing for product validation
• Develop reliable data tracking and event pipelines for customer insights
• Write maintainable, high-quality code and improve platform architecture
• Enhance performance, reliability, and accessibility of user experiences
• Mentor team members through leadership and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to technical strategy and engineering best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in production software
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI tooling
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools for engineering efficiency
• Experience in product-facing collaboration with Product and Design teams
• Strong analytical skills for using data in decision making
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
