About the Company
We’re hiring on behalf of a California-based fintech startup that recently raised its Series C funding. The company is building a next-generation financial product aimed at simplifying access to capital for small and mid-sized businesses. The engineering team is composed of smart, collaborative, and mission-driven individuals focused on building a high-performing and scalable platform.
You’ll join a focused team of eight engineers working across the stack, delivering fast and iterating continuously. Prior experience in fintech is not required. We’re looking for software engineers who know how to build excellent user experiences and want to contribute to an ambitious product roadmap.
Mid-Level Frontend Engineer
As a mid-level engineer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality user interfaces, participating in feature planning and delivery, writing clean, maintainable TypeScript code, and collaborating with senior engineers to learn and grow.
Ideal candidates will have two to four years of experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, a good understanding of version control and CI/CD practices, and some exposure to Node.js-based environments. Problem-solving skills and a desire to grow in a fast-paced startup environment are essential.
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have for Both Roles)
Experience working in small, agile startup teams
Familiarity with tools like Tailwind CSS, Zustand, or similar frontend utilities
