What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end code using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Work with Firebase Functions to manage serverless logic and ensure reliable data flow between systems.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to build new features, integrations, and UI improvements.
- Conduct code cleanup and optimization to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Integrate and maintain Stripe payment workflows, ensuring secure and efficient processing of user transactions.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and help define technical best practices.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with a focus on long-term maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on full-stack work.
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, both on front-end and back-end.
- Hands-on experience with React for front-end development.
- Solid experience building APIs and serverless functions with Node.js and Firebase.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, debugging, and clean code practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in an agile, remote-friendly environment.
