Fullstack AI Engineer
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Remote – Anywhere in the U.S. (Minneapolis, MN preferred)
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of Full-Stack Engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React/Angular and Java/.NET/Node.js.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or SQL.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Production experience with AI/ML, LLM integration, and prompt engineering.
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, copilots, or automation solutions.
- 2+ years of consulting/advisory and client-facing experience.
- Advanced hands-on use of Codex, Claude, or similar AI productivity/development tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Healthcare payer/provider experience is preferred.
