We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack AI Product Builder to join our AI Squad and help us build AI-powered client products, frontend experiences, and practical automations across our fintech platforms. This is not a strategy-only or prompt-only role — we are looking for someone who can build working prototypes, integrate APIs, connect AI and LLM capabilities into real product flows, and help ship visible client-facing functionality. You will work on intelligent client experiences including embedded AI assistants, guided workflows, smart UI components, automated journeys, and trading education features.

Responsibilities:

• Build frontend and full-stack prototypes for AI-powered client products.
• Develop embedded AI assistant experiences for web and mobile-facing platforms.
• Create smart UI flows, product cards, guided actions, and AI-assisted client journeys.
• Integrate frontend experiences with backend APIs, internal services, authentication, user context, and product state.
• Work with LLM providers and AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft AI Foundry.
• Build automations that improve client onboarding, education, support, trading journeys, product discovery, and retention.
• Prototype quickly, validate ideas fast, and help turn successful prototypes into production-ready features.
• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, QA, AI, product, compliance, and mobile teams.
• Ensure safety, auditability, data privacy, and compliance expectations are met in a fintech environment.

Requirements:

• Strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid API integration experience — REST APIs, authentication flows, user context, and backend services.
• Good understanding of LLMs, AI APIs, structured outputs, tool-calling, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to independently build a working demo, prototype, or MVP-quality feature.
• Product mindset: understands user flows, UX quality, business value, and client impact.
• Builder mentality: can open the repo, code, test, iterate, and ship.
• Good communication with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Professional English, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Full-stack experience with Node.js, Python, .NET, or similar.
• Experience with AI agents, automation flows, RAG, MCP, tool-calling, or agentic UI frameworks.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft AI Foundry, or enterprise cloud integrations.
• Background in client-facing SaaS, fintech, trading, banking, or regulated product environments.
• Familiarity with mobile product constraints — authentication, deep links, WebViews, push notifications, mobile UX patterns.
