Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Frontend Developer at Nourmand & Associates. The Frontend Developer will build, maintain, and optimize user-facing web interfaces for internal tools and customer-facing digital experiences. Daily responsibilities include implementing responsive designs, collaborating with designers and back-end developers, integrating APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also involves translating business requirements into efficient, accessible, and performant UI components, as well as diagnosing and resolving front-end issues. The Frontend Developer will participate in code reviews, follow best practices for version control and testing, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s web presence. Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency in Web Development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integration with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Responsive Web Design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of Software Development practices, such as version control (Git), testing, code reviews, and agile workflows.
• Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts (e.g., APIs, data models) to collaborate effectively with server-side teams.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG standards), and SEO-friendly front-end implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in real estate, property technology (proptech), or related industries is a plus.
