Senior AI Engineer | LLMs & AI Products | Remote UK | Up to £110k + Benefits
We’re working with a high-growth FinTech scale-up that is building a new generation of AI-powered products and is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join the team.
This is a hands-on role for an engineer who wants to be close to the product and have genuine ownership over how AI is built, integrated and shipped.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and ship AI-powered features into production
- Work with LLMs, RAG, agents and AI tooling
- Design and develop scalable backend services
- Work across TypeScript, Node.js and React
- Experiment, evaluate and iterate on AI capabilities
- Own projects from initial idea through to launch
- Help shape engineering decisions as the team grows
What they’re looking for:
- Strong software engineering background
- Experience building production AI or LLM-powered applications
- Hands-on experience with RAG, agents or LLM integrations
- Strong TypeScript and Node.js experience
- Comfortable working across the stack
- Product-minded approach and a willingness to work in a fast-moving environment
